Having your HVAC repaired in the summertime can be a challenge due to most HVAC companies being booked out for weeks. That wasnt the case with ORHP. The service representative called around to find a HVAC repair company that had the earliest availability. Our HVAC was repaired that same day. Thank-you ORHP.

Scheduling was prompt when my AC broke down, I have asthma so I needed it badly. Technician was on time and very professional. So far I have no problems with Old republic, great company.

I used to have another National competitor as my home warranty company and I have to say I have never been happier with the decision to switch to Old Republic. From the great customer service to the timely dispatch and follow up and even the ability to work in emergency situations to help me solve my AC problems Old Republic has always been absolutely amazing and painless to deal with. I have been an Old Republic Home Warranty customer since 2010, when my realtor signed us up with them. Since then, I have had anything from the garaged door spring replaced to the replacement of my dishwasher. Occasionally, we have encountered a few bad technicians, and once, an Old Republic customer service representative who was not pleasant.
