first session was OK didn’t not see any difference

I've had multiple experiences with botox, including one via groupon before. I have never before been so aggressively badgered to purchase additional units. Money isn't an issue; I don't mind paying full price for botox and purchased this because it was a convenient location and I'm looking for a place to go regularly since my close friend (a derm) has moved out of town. After the tattoo removal session my technician just stepped out she did not put a non-stick pad over it to bandage it. I have been to a tattoo removal session before and they bandaged it so it wouldn't get dirty but I don't know if putting a bandage over it helps it or not so maybe you're not supposed to cover it regardless she didn't tell me if I was or was not to bandage it. 😕
Shame on this doctor! He first tried to up-sell me into buying more units than I purchased with the Groupon saying that I needed more. When I told him I only wanted to use the number of units that I purchased with the Groupon, he REFUSED claiming it was too many to inject in one area. I told him to put the additional units in another area and he said he wouldn't do this. Take you business elsewhere. Clearly, this is a scam.

The team here is great. I've seen Valerie for my sessions, and she carefully walked me through what to expect with the laser hair removal. The facility is clean and very nice, and staff have been more than accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
