Staff is good and helpful. The doctor told me that 20 units of botox was not sufficient. That really did not make me feel good. He later explained in better detail. However, my forehead feels a bit frozen. I prefer to take a more moderate approach.

Not very welcoming. She did not go through the steps with me even though I expressed this was my first facial ever and I was exciting to see what all the hype was about with the Hydrafacials. I had to ask with each and every single step what product was being used on my face and the benefits of it. I eventually gave up asking and quietly laid there for the rest of the facial. I actually have doubts on the quality of the products being used considering her hesitation to talk.

Everyone was friendly and the staff was very competent. The facility is very clean and organized. I asked the doctors for a recommendation for an internist and they and the staff went above and beyond my expectations. It is a delight to deal with this organization!
