I'm a African-American male in my mid 30s and I was a little skeptical about the laser Hair Removal procedure. But the Old Town Medspa staff was very welcoming and detail-oriented with my initial appointment. They walked me through the process and fully explained everything. Surprisingly, after my the first session I saw improvements in my skin. I was also surprised by the pain/sting of the laser.
Everyone is really friends. It is clean, professional and fast.

Jennie was great! I went for tattoo removal and learned that I don't have a high pain tolerance! She was so patient with me and even brought me water and chocolate afterwards. The actual medspa itself was nice and clean. I would definitely come back here for other services.
Very mello and laid back vibe. I had gotten a hyrda facial for the first time. Service was quick and results were great but I like having facials for the relaxing aspect of them and it definitely lacked relaxation time since it was only 30 mins. But if you are looking for a quick and effective facial I would recommend getting the hyrda facial!
