The crew was great-fast, friendly and efficient! And the customer service team was great as well. We will be using Olympia on the second phase of our move as well!

I had thought I had written a review when I used them back in August of 2019 but I didn't, so I'm doing it now. I had to move fast and in a big hurry, and they were the only ones who got back to me and were able to make it work. I was worried I might be getting a bad company or unprofessional crew, but I could not have been more wrong. We used Olympia for a local move (Cambridge, MA to Watertown, MA) and they were awesome. The team was careful, efficient, friendly and had great problem solving skills (e.g., helped manage large, awkward furniture up narrow, awkward stairs). The office staff was great too - friendly and responsive. We would definitely use them again!
