I wasn't onsite during the loading of the truck but upon arrival at the destination it looked as though most boxes were thrown in and the there was no planning, such as putting heavier boxes on the bottom. A few items were damaged such as some dents in the side of a small fridge, a wooden dresser got a deep scrape from something sliding or set on top, and a ceramic mug in a set of glasses broke due to large items being on top despite glass and fragile labeled on the box. We moved twice with Olympia and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, informed us of what we needed to know, the move was smooth and we did not have any items damaged.
