We had a good experience with Olympia. They moved and stored our stuff during a renovation and retuned it when the Reno was complete about a year later. The moving crews were very professional and efficient (we had a lot of stuff and lots of stairs!)

My case is a bit atypical, because I moved my grandparents things from Boston to a storage facility in Washington DC, where they sat for a few years, and then from there to our new home in Potomac. Both moves were by Olympus to the storage bin and from it to the new house. When we unwrapped several items, keys that were attached with tape were lost, an antique radio no longer worked, and an antique, crank record player did not work.
