Very diligent, helpful and responsive. The part needed was on back order for a significant period of time. The staff understood the impacts of this delay and were able to find and replace the sensor needed.

The Service staff was very friendly & efficient. The only issue we had was that we were quoted $59.95 for the Oil Change and Service when we called a few days before the appointment. When the dealership called to say the service was complete, we were told the charges would be almost $90. This was simply unfair. It was explained that they had a receptionist that didn’t quote the correct amount… Again, unfair; this is the dealership’s responsibility, not the customer’s. The car looked great after a good wash! Austin in the service department was very helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to help us. The general manager, John Brown, was very accommodating and did what needed to be done to resolve the problem and make us repeat customers. Thank you Olympia Nissan we love our new Armada!!!

Great people, not a bad experience but a added paint protectant was added to the total cost which I rejected. They said it was put on but wasn’t. Cost was $390.00 which they said they would give me three oil changes. Seams a little short and not a $390.00 value, and no paperwork to use the service. Disappointed in the inconvenience and money out of my pocket!!
