Everyone I dealt with in the Service Department was nice and courteous. But nice and courteous doesn't necessarily keep my vehicle mechanically sound. I'm very disappointed with the quality of parts installed on my 2007 Xterra. The OEM Wheel Bearing lasted 225,000 miles. The replacement bearing that I trusted to be of OEM quality, only lasted 29 days past the 12-month warranty and 3,810 miles past the 12k mile warranty. Yes, its past the warranty. Friendly customer service, listens to problems and help with resolve issues. Recommends up coming services that will be needed (brake work, fluid changes). Worked with me with scheduling as I came down with covid.

I had to take my 2019 Armada to Olympia Nissan to have a leak checked and it was discovered that there was a TSB concerning the 5.6L V-8. This required an entire engine replacement. I am so grateful for the service department and Bruce Stewart! He was great, made sure we had a loaner vehicle and answered all my questions. This was my first service appointment at Olympian Nissan. Austin was very professional, understood what was needed, and arranged a free loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired.My 04 Xterra is running perfectly now and I really appreciate the time and effort involved to repair my car. Went in on my appointment for Oil change. Service department was kind and helpful, accomadating, and very informative. Their foreman was very knowledgeable in answering my questions on my 2020 Nissan Titan Pro-4x model. Once again a good experience. They offer free water, coffee and a little playroom inside their lobby. Shouts out to their staff as well for being friendly, professional and welcoming. Highly recommend this service department.
