The Nissan representative met me outside when I pulled up, during my wait she frequently made sure to update me on my car and outcome of diagnostics. She was very apologetic for my wait time but honestly this was out of her control, it was extremely busy. I must have looked for transmission oil leaking for over a year before another mechanic told me I had no evidence of transmission leak.
