Made a phone call, brought the car in within the same hour, left one hour later with all issues addressed - battery checked, oil changed, tires rotated. Terrific!

Not completed yet. Had to order parts. Also, misidentified a problem, but later adjusted estimate to reflect the error. I haven't given a good review for workmanship or price, as I won't know the answer to those until service is complete.
Heather and Sean were so easy going and pleasant to work with. I felt no pressure to make a big decision. I drove three hours to look at the car and when it came to negotiation, Heather and her sales manager worked very quickly with me. Sean made the paperwork a breeze and was very thorough. I would work with this dealership again and highly recommend them.
My Titan would not start the other morning. Had it towed to Olympia Nissan. By the time I got there on a friend's car, the truck was already in the shop undergoing diagnostic procedures. An hour later they called me and told me that the truck had been fixed under an active recall, so no charge! I wish I lived closer, so I could always go to these guys for service.
Honestly when you walk into a dealer you expect people who are just trying to swindle you but these guys are so sweet and so nice. The service team was amazing, Jermeiah from service made me feel so secure and like he knew what he was doing. It was so refreshing, there is no point to go to another Nissan dealer.
I called in afternoon to ask a few questions about a new car. Bill Lucas answered all my questions, no pressure. Told him we might be up today or next, to look. Went up that afternoon, met Bill and found that he had pulled the car we were thinking about and had it sitting right there for us to look at. He explained all the new bells and whistles on it and off we went on a test drive.
