I had the pleasure of working with Bill Lucas. I only have praises to sing about my experience. As a first time buyer I mentioned I would need to take the bus, Bill went above and beyond and picked me up in the car I was interested in buying. After a test drive to the dealership and help signing up for car insurance I was on my way to purchasing a new vehicle. Bill was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. They were great and always very friendly. The lady at the front counter got me on a new program that has never been offered to me before and now I have some money in my account when I get another oil change.
Bruce Stewart was great, got us in and out in about 45 min. Drove out in a clean car to, neat friendly,people@ your shop, wont go anywere else.
I went with a friend to support her buying of a mini that we saw one line and I found the 2012 juke. I had a great experience ....nice sales guy..nice finanance guy I purchased the extended warranty as as did my friend based on what the finance guy said ....coverage on almost the entire car for $50 deductible....if this rings true then my review will be that this was an incredible experience. ....if extended want pans out over all would change to 5 star.....time will tell Lori lindstrom
Bruce Stewart was awesome! I appreciated how kind he was as well as how fast the repairs on my car took. I also got a complimentary wash before they brought my car back to me. Great experience!

The service manager went out of his way to coordinate with a glass repair company to replace trim that was no longer available for my 22-year-old Pathfinder.
Just had my first oil change... got the schedule I wanted... easy in and out... a great readout of what was done. I will be happy to go back come May.
Great salespeople and finance people that helped me get into my new car. Worked with me to get the car to a payment that I was comfortable with without me feeling pressured. Would definitely recommend Olympia Nissan to anyone in the market for a new car!
