Intended to just test drive a car but eventually left Intended to just test drive a car but eventually left with it! Haha from my arrival the employees were nice, professional and welcoming. They guided me in the right direction since I was new to the area. When working with the finance they took note of my financial plans and we were able to come to an agreement after a few back and forth negotiations. Definitely felt great about this experience.

Do not Trust them! Noone I know will ever buy a car or use this dealership. We have had the worst experience. They do not stand behind their warrantees. Do not buy WARRANTEES they DO NOT WORK. We are paying payments and insurance of a car that we cannot drive. Only 45000 miles on the car. Needs a new motor and they will not replace it. Go anywhere but Nissan of Olympia. We bought 4 cars from them over the past 10 years and this is the thanks we get. Never buy another Nissan again. These are throw away cars.
Not happy, won't go back I bought a pre-owned truck. The staff were very nice but the truck has been nothing but a problem. I bought it on Halloween and in 3 days I have had to replace to TPMS sensors, the water pump pulley and fan pulley were loose causing a noise, tires out if balance and when I took it to get balanced 2 bent wheels were discovered. Both headlights are out of adjustment. The audio system is bad. I feel like if this vehicle went through their inspection process then they should have discovered some of these... read more
