Terrible Experience I am really disappointed and discouraged by our experience. I spent over 4 hours of driving to visit Olympia Nissan based on information provided by Internet Manager about possible trade-in range and the ability to order a car. Instead of $5-6k range indicated for trade-in, we were offered $3k, which was lower than other dealerships and even with initial lower price on new car, was a worst deal. Not a good experience at all. We were shopping for a small EV to use in the city, and my son in law found one online at the Nissan dealership in Olympia. We were not allowed to continue with the woman who we spoke with over the Internet, and were assigned a different sales person, so we had to basically start over with our inquiry, which wasted our time. Poor service The service has gone down hill over the last 7 years having my car serviced here. They offer car wash and vacuum but everything time I have asked if looked like crap or not done at all. I still have my tire light one cause they didn’t even turn it off after I told them it was on. They didn’t even go over anything with the car
Service Department Terrible Promised a loaner twice not available either time. Fixed radar under warranty. Went out again right after warranty wouldn’t cover it said since it was out of warranty the work that then done a few months before wasn't covered.

Very dishonest service dept. After writing a review about being severely overcharged for a repair, the dealer asked me to respond by e mail or phone to work with me on resolution. I sent e mail letters, and left four messages that were not returned. It seems obvious that they just hope I’ll go away, and that they know they certainly did overcharge me by a lot.
Way Overcharged for service Expect to pay 3 to 4 times more for service than any other shop would charge. If you are expecting honestly and fairness this isn’t the place.

LIED ABOUT CAR For the most part the dealership was okay but it had one major flaw. They lied about the cars they were selling. Claimed it was a high trim than it actually was which convinced me to buy. Looking back at other cars, the trim they claimed it was has much more features for similar price. Would have bought a high trim instead.

terrible customer service I got a text message claiming a special promotion for 4 oil changes. I went in and paid for it. When I went in for the 3rd oil change, they claimed promotion was only good for 2 oil changes and 3rd one I would have to pay again. After a lot of hassle, I was able to find the text message and the rep gave me the 3rd oil change for "free" (technically I already paid for it) and said he put in notes so I would not have to go through this for the 4th one.
