We had old pipes collapse under our building and to the sewer. Omaha Drain has been contracted to do the work and so far has failed to communicate or, when they gave communicated, failed to complete tasks when promised, leading to: A) An extended closure when they removed the temporary fix to install the permanent piping, then called the plumber away to another emergency, failed to tell us, and kept us closed for hours and hours past what was promised. What made it worse was trying to find an Yu one in the company that co... read more

I have NEVER posted a negative feedback for any company I've hired to do a job, but I'm beyond frustrated by now. They came out more than a month ago to replace my main sewer line. The job was completed in a good timely manner but a few days later a large sinkhole showed up under my sidewalk that they replaced. I notified them but it took several days for them to fill up, and tamp down, with new dirt. In the time I was waiting the entire ditch where the new dirt covering the new piping collapsed and now I have a two feet de... read more

We had a horrible experience with them. I do NOT recommend them. The job was to take 1 week, took 7 weeks. They broke our toilet and had to buy us a new one. They broke our vanity and WE had to buy a new one. They had to pay for a professional house cleaner as they piled dirt in my television room. They also had to pay an independent contractor to finish the concrete floors they could not finish. It was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE.

I am extremely disappointed with how this company handled an employee’s situation after medical leave. Terminating someone who has been loyal and faced health challenges, simply because they are “no longer needed,” is both heartless and unethical. Employees should feel supported during difficult times, not discarded when they are vulnerable. This decision speaks volumes about the company’s lack of compassion and values. I would strongly urge anyone considering this company—whether as an employee or customer—to think twice.

Check out the Yelp Reviews before deciding to use this company for any big projects! Initially recommended this company after some smaller plumbing needs were taken care of very professionally. Where it went wrong. Recommended Omaha Drain to my parents. They signed a contract for a job that should have taken a week on December 9th. Their communication has been horrid and the job failed numerous inspections. They will come out one at a time or in pairs after called on to ask if they will be out and call it a good days work... read more

Omaha Drain went to 1 of our properties and told us there was a hole in the line beneath the basement concrete. THey gave us an estimate for $4300 to repair the concrete. I had a second company evaluate the line and this is from the second company: 9/13/22- Video inspected the main sewer line from a pulled stool in the basement bath to the city sewer at approximately 100 feet. The cast iron pipe looks its age and has heavy rust and scale buildup. Could not visually see a break or hole in the cast iron pipe. The customer brok... read more

We used this company last year to clear our main line, so when it clogged again, we called them. A nice young man came out and cleared the line, gave us a coupon and told us we needed our main line replaced. We then got an estimate for over $10,000. We asked that they honor this coupon, and that turned into an argument. We asked for a foreman to come out and discuss the project, and made an appointment for that. We were given a two hour window (10 to noon), so we missed a morning of work waiting for them to show-they never d... read more

I called on a Monday the gal I talked to said the tech would be to my house the following morning to repair our broken drain pipe between 8-10. I received an automated text that said the appointment was changed to 12-2 at nearly 10am Tuesday. Spoke with tech and sent him video of my problem at around 12. 3pm rolls around and I haven’t heard back from tech. I texted him to ask for an update and he said he wouldn’t make it out today. While I understand things happen I always believe it’s in poor taste to assure someone you’ll ... read more
