We hired Omaha Drain to jet our sewer line drain. They found a crack in a pipe under our driveway and therefore was hired to replace the cracked pipe. We were told that this would be about a 2 day project to complete. However, with poor communication and lack of prioritizing the job, it took them 3 weeks to fully complete the job. I was quoted over $400 to snake a drain.
yesterday I was lightly struck by one of this company's vehicles while heading home from work and the driver kept on driving after he ran a red light and crossed untitled lanes to force my truck into the median and bending a wheel or tie rod. I called this company, the driver denied involvement and the lady on the phone said there was nothing that could be done. I used Omaha Drain because the reviews were good and their website states that their price is$99 for the first hour and $25 for each additional 15 minutes. They did a good job and were done in an hour. Then I received a bill for $249 plus tax. When I questioned it, they said it is no longer correct on the website but they don't have it updated. I would never recommend this company not only for what happened but for how they handled it. Their technician walked into our home without permission this morning. I was home asleep and he had a 19 second call with my fiancé saying he was on his way to our home. My fiancé said “hold on until we verify the work order because we never put one in” the worker said “oh” and hung up and entered our home anyways. He said answering a call was permission to enter.
