I ordered three separate packages for family members. I was contacted by Omaha Steaks a week or two ago, saying the packages I ordered (and apparently paid for) were out of stock. How does this happen? I put my credit card information in online and ordered the three packages. I received an email confirming this. Then, I get a call that that particular package is out of stock? They contact me 2 -3 times A DAY!!! Despite a phone call, reporting them as junk and blocking messages!!

Terrible customer service!!!! Ordered a variety pack for my Dad for Father’s Day. He called to explain that the meat was just “ok” and not outstanding like they promise. I had to fight and make numerous calls/chat to get a refund after 4 months. The best part they sent me a 45.00 gift card and deducted that amount from what I paid. I’m still fighting for my 45.00 because that’s ridiculous. I will never use or recommend this company because they do not stand behind there word. I have tried three times to place an order and then cancel it, no explanation. A supervisor said she’d look into and get back to me, never happened. I’m thinking it’s because it was a large discounted price and I didn’t add any extras? Very disappointed!

Their food is not what it used to be! We got a package deal from them and the meals are disgusting. First off the trays have plastic on the inside of them so if you enjoy eating microplastics you’ll love Omaha steak meals! Secondly I just made #3544 stroganoff sauce with beef short rib 32oz and it is absolutely disgusting. My wife and I feel like we just ate a block of salt. I feel absolutely dehydrated now. I will never order, eat, look at their food again. Good luck to those that will.

Ordered steak package for my son to be received Oct 1. Called each day said it was coming that day. On Oct 4 finally admitted it was not coming. Sending another order. Nothing for the inconvenience as he was planning on it last week

My company purchased gift cards for our employees. Now Omaha Steaks is saying that the gift cards expired. The cards from Omaha Steaks did not say on the card that they had an expiration date. Not legal to do this from what I understand.

Ordered online about a month ago. Put my frozen steaks, hamburgers away. When i wanted a burger I would put it in a container with water for an hour. Last week I put a smash burger in. Fried it in my frying pan then put it on a bun. Took a bite no problem. The next bite I spit it out. I thought I had lost a tooth. When I looked at it there was a hard plastic disk about the size of a quarter. In the middle of it was a strange almost jelly thing with a spot of orange in the middle. Glad I did not swallow it.
