I placed an order on 10/30 and was given an estimated delivery for Nov. 6-9. Less than 12 hours after the order, the delivery was changed to Nov. 2. I would not be at my home on that date. A call to customer service was not helpful: "It's already on the truck and I can't stop it. Can't you have a neighbor bring it into their house and store it for you?" That is not a solution. One of the hamburgers had a BONE CHIP in it and it almost broke my tooth. Threw them away for fear of more in other burgers.

The fillets were decent and had good flavor. The sirloin four out of four were so riddled with gristle you could not sure them had to spit them out. I will send a picture if I can. Won’t be buying there again ,they have really gone downhill!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! I have ordered through Omaha Steaks for years and never had a problem! I ordered in November of 2023 and had nothing but problems! My packages were delivered open, boxes were cut open, boxes not glued or taped, the outer styrofoam box was smashed and so much more to text! I had and sent pictures for all damaged boxes! The meats are not worth the price. Can buy better at a super market. For the price could actually get more meat at super market. Hamburgers are awful. I am on SS, and limited income I decided to try the beef package now I have all this nasty meat in my freezer. Never again.

Wish I could leave zero stars. Four times in a row I received hot bloody meat chicken juice and beef blood everywhere. I can’t throw rotten meat in my trash so I have to take it to the Dump. Do not order from this company!!!!!!!
