Order a package for my Dad for Father’s Day on June 7th. Z4012563QZXW. I got a tracking number and was told it would be delivered on Wednesday 11th and low and behold the order was sent back to the company. No call to me or my Dad, both numbers provided. I called on Thursday and spoke to Tamika who told me “well it was ups who sent it back not us” I said we’ll find that’s how you do business sent my money back. I bought these steaks, etc a few years ago and couldn't believe how small each steak was. I'm 240 lbs and had to eat 2 steaks/meal so the price just doubled. The taste of the steaks and burgers were ok after I used garlic and onion powder on each. My problem is I was going to buy the fathers day special for $99 with free shipping and added to my cart. I was gifted 2 $25 gift cards. Ive ordered from them before and was very disappointed. Meat was these ridiculously small grey frozen steaks. The chicken was rubbery and why I would have thought theor hot dogs would be better then the dollar store brand. I dont know because they were NOT. But since I had the gift cards I said okay. I ordered last week and was provided a tracking number. When I go to UPS.com to track my order, it still states that only the label has been created. I paid extra to have it guaranteed delivery. I Keep emailing them to ask where exactly is my package??? I'm still awaiting package. I have even requested a discount or refund for extra delivery fees. So, where is the food? This company is bogus.

Ordered strip steaks recently. Received perhaps the worst strip steaks I have ever seen. Cut way too thin and full of fat and gristle.

Very poor Mignons..terrible meatballs..more levels of quality than Jaguar Motors. What was a great American company has turned to slick advertisements..and substandard products..Better meats are at Costco and less expensive. All Omaha saved products were dumped out today ! Omaha Steaks is now another Sad huge American SCAM..!!

We ordered some omaha steaks, burgers, hot dogs for around $120. The ordered was very underwhelming and ALL the meat was very grey and appeared to be spoiled. We cooked some but it just seemed off. Called the company and they do not honor the satisfaction guarantee at all. Instead they offered a $40 gift card so i can order more spoiled meat? No thanks. Stay away!

I will never place an order with then again. I attempted to place an order online and it said free shipping and 4 free burgers for over $149 orders. My order qualified. It even had a green check mark next to both criteria since my order was over $149. Then it had my total.. $150.45 when I click continue to the payment page, it charges me shipping. Received the assortment package from my daughter for Christmas and put everything in the freezer immediately. The hotdogs and the hamburgers were okay, but much taste is lost due to the long time being frozen . I cooked up 2 of those 4 oz. Sirloin Steaks medium rare and they were not very tender.
