I thought this was a very popular and professional business. Purchased an order with a spiral ham with sides plus additional sides that I purchased aside from the package. The partial gift was received by my in laws - which only included all the sides that I had ordered - NO SPIRAL HAM WAS INCLUDED!! Good luck talking to a customer service representative- they have a wait time of over 100 MINUTES!!! Very unprofessional company. Will never order from them again, nor will I ever, ever, recommend them - quite the opposite.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!! They will over charge or double charge your card. You will be on hold for over 2 hours. If you try to use the chat - by the time a human comes on the chat has timed you out, so you can't respond. They conveniently do not offer an email address for assistance or complaints. They make it impossible to resolve an issue!

Wow! BBB. I should check with you more often. They have only 1 star! I just want to say that I tried to complete a transaction of adding 4 more gift purchase on top of the ones I made. I went through 5 chat people two were very nice but their system has an automatic hangup approach. So, we would go through the process of setting up adding the transactions and the system would cut off and hang up even as we are completing the transaction. We ordered 12 boxes to go to 12 people at the same company on 12/2/2025. Just got an email today that 4 boxes would not even ship until 12/16/2025; delivery 12/18/2025. The other 10 boxes have been delivered. When I called customer service, I was told it was a "trailer" issue. That's not my fault and it's embarrassing that 4 people in the same company did not get their gift box. I ordered three separate packages for family members. I was contacted by Omaha Steaks a week or two ago, saying the packages I ordered (and apparently paid for) were out of stock.
