The quality of service has declined significantly over the past couple of years. This does not seem to be the same company that I was accustomed to doing business with. Recommend anyone looking for great service and quality of product go to the numerous competitors that can easily meet expectations. The delivery speed, quality of products and customer service of Omaha Steaks is not like past experiences any longer. Very unfortunate as I have been a loyal and dedicated customer over the years. I have ordered Omaha Steaks as gifts for years. I ordered 5 different gifts for this past Christmas. Two of them were delivered completely thawed, not even cool. I attempted to call customer service, and gave up after 20 minutes on hold. The next day, I carved out time in my day to call again. I stayed on hold for just over an hour. The price is not worth the portion size. It's minute. The burger is too small for grocery size buns, the 4 chicken breasts barely covered two dinners, and despite what was organized as high end meat only one package (2 pieces)had bacon wrapped filet (which was also extremely small) The quality is fine but disappointing and a bit embarrassed to give as gifts. Also the $99 deal doesn't include the high cost of shipping. I recommend giving someone a $99 Costco gift card. Then they can choose which ever meat they want. They may ... read more

I ordered 2 gift packages for my parents and brother for Christmas. The packages contained bacon wrapped filets, pork chops and some other items. Arrived on time. My parents and brother contacted me after opening and stated that the bacon was gray on the filets. After cooking the filets were full of grizzle and tasteless, the pork chops were tough. These are the worst. You can't cut them with a steak knife so eating is impossible!!!! Do not purchase from this company .I had a holiday party and we to go to a restaurant because we couldn't even cut them with a steak knife,so embarrassing. And, super important, they won't give you a refund!!!!!!

Can you say horrible customer service. We ordered a package of different meats for our pregnant daughter and her husband the meat came bad. It was delivered on Dec. 18th, 2025. I have tried reaching out to them through phone calls and emails and have got no response. Today I finally spoke to 2 different RUDE Customer service reps. 1st name ***** that disconnected from the chat because I guess he can't handle his job correctly and then ******** that was ever worse and would not stop arguing back in forth like a 4 year old tha... read more

I received a box of Omaha Steaks as a gift from a very good friend. She has given me this same box for a few years and I never had this experience. I received the box on Dec 31,2025. It was in a cardboard box and the ingredients were partially thawed out. There was no frozen packs in the box. It was hamburgers, chicken breasts ,scalloped potatoes, apple tarts , beef tenderloins, and beef franks. I put all in my freezer until I was ready to eat them. It is deeply upsetting to see a company take advantage of an elderly customer. My grandmother ordered five separate care packages from Omaha Steaks on December 8th, each costing over $100, intended for different recipients. Two of the packages were mistakenly delivered to the same address and arrived on December 28th in a completely spoiled and rotten condition. Omaha Steaks was shipped in a very thick foam ice chest and everything arrived in wonderful condition and completely frozen. May have been a money saving idea to change the foam shipping container to a cheap cardboard box, That is kind of lined with a foil covered piece of cardboard.
