I placed an order on December 13, 2025 to be sent to my brother for Christmas. It was scheduled to be there by December 23, 2025. Received an email today informing me that it would not arrive until January 6, 2026. Receiving a Christmas gift after Christmas is not acceptable. I now have to go out after work and find a gift by tomorrow. This was the first time trying Omaha Steaks. I canceled my order and will never do business with them again!

Actually, how about ZERO stars! Placed an order for two packages. Supposed to arrive on 12/18. One was finally delivered on 12/20. The other hasn't even shipped yet. Tracking says FedX is awaiting package from Omaha. Emails to customer service have gone unanswered. I see others have called to inquire status of their orders, but experienced long hold times, then get disconnected. Never ordering from them again!!

First order wasn’t shipped so I was to receive a second order, which I assumed would contain the package I paid for. The second box arrived on time but it had items I didn’t order (substitutions?) and was missing an item. It would have been nice to be notified if they didn’t have the items I wanted so I could cancel my order. I won’t order from them again. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. I have to say the lady I talked to regarding the missing first order was very nice.

I paid for guaranteed delivery with a stated window of December 12–18 for two separate packages sent to two different addresses. These shipments are sent annually as Christmas meals for individuals who would otherwise not have food. Despite this guarantee and despite placing the order shortly after Thanksgiving, the delivery dates were repeatedly changed, ultimately pushing delivery beyond Christmas. 80 year old Mother in law ordered steak / chicken / burger packages for daughters and sons and friends, spending over $800. Order ship dates were changed numerous times, with emails stating that there was a problem with the 'shipper' and that they were working on the problem. I placed and order on December 14, 2025. They said the order was shipped on December 20, 2025. They said I would get it on December 21 ,2025 The carrier said they never got it. On December 22,2025. Now I have to go get other food for Christmas . It was a joke trying to talk to some one

Ordered 8 steaks and received four. I have emailed and called them and they don't respond. Beware of their stupidity

The steaks in the box were not frozen even though everything else was frozen. Spoke to three reps there and the last person quoted USDA policy and assured me the steaks were okay to eat. They offered nothing to fix their error. Do not use these people.
