I've been dealing with Madeline in sales for over 20 years and she has never steered me wrong. Once again, she came through. I love my new kitchen floor. Rich and Carmen were on time, did a great job and were extremely courteous. Every room in my house has an Onondaga Floor!
The whole process was easy from measure to install. No pressure sales approach. Install team was great, on time and great guys. We will definitely be repeat customers.

We love our new carpet but most of all we were pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of our installers Rich and Carmen. They took great care not to bang walls or damage anything-they were extremely polite and fun to work with. Everything looks beautiful!
