Words cannot describe the professionalism and care the staff here have for their patients. I had an emergency and needed a tooth removal ASAP! They were able to get me in within 10 minutes after being on the phone, making the appointment. I have the utmost gratitude for them. You will feel NOTHING but comfortable, while you’re in their care.
My experience with Dr Anderson and his staff was a very positive one . From the phone call to make the appointment and then the appointment to have my molar removed went flawlessly . I felt that the staff as well as Dr Anderson not only listened but also heard my concerns and fears of having the procedure done. I am five days out and not having any issues what so ever. I had cracked my tooth while on vacation causing unbearable pain, but the dentist in Canada informed me that he couldn't pull the tooth and let me fly the next morning. By the time Monday morning came the pain had worsened and I wasn't sleeping. I called the office and they told me that they were booked solid, but the receptionist, heard the pain in my voice and talked the surgeon into taking me in an hour. My dentist referred me to Dr. Todd Anderson. Complicated extraction. I was really anxious but I was reassured all would be fine. The extraction was quick and pain free. These are very experienced, kind people. I happily recommend Dr Anderson and staff.
After being unable to find any oral surgeon to fit me into their schedule, Dr. Anderson’s office got me an appointment for the very next day after I called them! His staff was gracious, kind, and so helpful on the phone and when I went for the appointment they were all just as wonderful in person! Dr. Anderson had my extremely painful cracked tooth extracted in less than 5 minutes, and I didn’t feel a thing! I would highly recommend them!
