Dr. Bobo is thorough, personable and friendly. His assistants and office staff are so nice and easy going. Very nice office. I would highly recommend for any kind of oral surgery.
I must admit that I was a little anxious about getting my tooth pulled. I am a very hard stick for getting an IV started. I am happy to say that Dr. Bobo was fabulous along all of his staff. They made me feel very comfortable doing something that I had really dreaded. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Bobo.
I have nothing but the highest respect and admiration for Dr. Bobo AND his staff....from the front office folks, to his assistants, his nurses, and Dr. Bobo, all were extremely nice, friendly, helpful, understanding, and gentle. Dr. Bobo, over the last 20 years I've been going to him when I needed a tooth extraction, was totally professional, his staff friendly, knowledgeable and friendly, and very efficient. Lied to me about the bill. Was told what my part was after insurance then sent a bill for over $100 more over 3 months after afterwards. Called them and they could care less. The do this on purpose so that you agree to get the service done then and not wait and possibly go to another oral surgeon.
I would leave zero stars if I could. I went in to have a tooth pulled. When I woke up Dr Bobo said he had "tweaked a nerve". That was a year ago and the whole bottom right part of my lip and jaw is still numb. Apparently I will have this the rest of my life. Don't let it happen to you.
