I was referred to Dr Smith for 2nd opinion regarding removal of an improperly place implant. From the first visit to the date of extraction procedure, he and his staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. Very impressed by how easy and quick the process considering my anxiety with dentists. The procedure was also affordable. No pain, no issues, just all around a great experience. Would definitely recommend him and his practice.
My wife recently had oral surgery with Dr. Smith, and we had an excellent experience. She was very nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Smith and his team were kind, patient, and reassuring from start to finish. Before treatment, she was dealing with an infection and a foul odor coming from the surgical site. Dr. Smith quickly addressed the problem, and the sedation made the procedure much easier and more comfortable than we expected. I was nervous about having an implant with a sinus lift. Dr. Smith's calm, soothing, instructive manner with his competence & professionalism made this experience very positive. I could not recommend him more highly. His entire staff, Denise, Mary, Gabby, Lexie and Andrea, contributed immensely to my ease. I am grateful.
I don't understand these reviews! I walked in and there's patient information left on the clipboard at the front desk. I bring it the receptionists attention and she has the nerve to tell me I was wrong for seeing it and got nasty with me for her violation of HIPPA! Then I go on for my oral surgery to have wisdom teeth removed. Years later and that entire side of my mouth is STILL NUMB. A constant tingle at all times that's worst on some occasions.
