Just got my wisdom teeth extracted. Eric was my surgical assistant. Dr Ford was my surgeon. I love Eric. Very professional. Great listener. Explained everything. Please give him a raise and as many snacks as he wants. Front office staff very friendly and professional. Dr Ford excellent. Went through the procedure and explained the risks very frankly. Had a very great experience, and I was very anxious and nervous, but the staff was very soothing and comforting. Don't get that very much these days. Very well organized and clean environment. I would highly recommend anyone to get their wisdom teeth removed here. Dr. Shows that he cares for his patients with a follow up call to make sure your doing fine.
Got all 4 wisdom teeth taken out yesterday, and what a smooth process! Did laughing gas and twilight sedation. Next day I hardly have any pain and the surgeon called me last night to check up on me. 10/10
So, yesterday I got 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Ford. Let me tell you something between the staff and the doctors this place is amazing. I’m on day 2, barely little to no pain and NO swelling! I have a serious fear of dentist. But, that’s been that way since a little girl. Oral surgery of tidewater definitely changed my mind! Thank you so much again. You guys saved the day! I can’t stop telling people about my experience!
Customer service is really amazing. I have a deep fear for dental work everyone here is super friendly. The Doctor surprised me with a wellness call to see how was doing after the operation. It really meant alot. Thank you to the whole team.
