We had panels installed in the spring. Took some time butwere patient. Neighbor followed a few weeks later. We have yet to see our refund check which was to be applied for by Orbit. When the panels were inspected the installer walked over the roof between panels cracking the seal on a vent flashing causing a roof leak. I thought long and hard and read so many pages of fine print before making the decision to go solar. Unfortunately I am falling victim to the same problem as everyone else. My sales rep told me that Orbit will make my loan payments in the unlikely chance that my panels aren't functioning before my loan becomes due. I signed in July, install was in September. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Takes forever...months to get approved and installed. Then once installed.. months to get it approved and for service to be put online... MEANWHILE you pay your loan payments for something you are not getting any benefit from... company says they will reimburse you your monthly payments...STILL WAITING for reimbursement and to have system put online ...System installed beginning of September...already about to start beginning of December. NO ONE AT THE COMPANY HAS ANY ANSWERS

I had my solar panels installed July of 2021. They have never worked. I called for them to be removed got a call from a Vice President saying they would have it resolved. The utility company said I am not a solar panel customer and have never been. Paying loans and high utility bills on the panels. The notice says they are closed temporarily. My accountant laughed in my face about the tax credit. Not to mention the bank they arranged for me to get the loan from called me wanted the credit amount I should have gotten back fro... read more

Worst company , so wrong. Don't go with orbit solar. Do your digging on the internet. You can't talk to anyone.

Worst company in the world. Stay far, far away. Installing with out permits, horrible custermer service. and try to find an employee that has been there more than a year other than management.My solar didn't work for over a year after install. And I know of 3 more ********** who had the. Fact check that

Per the agreement I had with Orbit they would refund any Orbit payments that I had to make after the Solar panels were installed but were not yet generating usable electricity. Due to solar panels failing the county inspections three times I had two months where i was due the refund April and May of 2022. It took until June to receive the April reimbursement. Beware of the fine print! And make sure you get a copy of the entire contract prior to the sales rep leaving. Once you have any questions, issues etc they ghost you and never help you get them resolved.Look at the entire cost to you!!!!I and two other neighbors have been lied to and they are not helpful at all to resolve any of the issues.
