Terrible experience with the roofing department. 2 months after signing contract, no plan or urgency from Orbit to complete the roof replacement. The customer service line goes to voicemail every time and the project manager is unresponsive after making me his "top priority". I left a review elsewhere and the owner said "...to re-earn your trust, please give us a call" - I called several times, even speaking to a different department (solar) but the roofing department never answered. Telephone number (856) 8**-4**7 called my phone, it was a scam caller who was asking about ********** in some town, when you say you don't know what they're talking about they ask do you own a home? I hang up and I called back, was greeted with this company name Orbit Energy & Power. When I said they had a scam using their phone number, the lady asked me in the same tone, do you own a home. Orbit review. We had the $***** orbit water purifier installed in our home on February 7, 2022. Everything went well I thought until March 27, 2022. That date was the first time I used the clothes washing machine since the installation. The washer worked perfectly well before the installation, but mysteriously stopped working afterwards. I had the solar panels installed in June of 2021, it is now November 24th of 2021 and the solar is still not up and running. Whenever you call to contact **** (the "only one who can give me any type of answers") she is "not at her desk, can I leave a message for her and shell get back to you?" which is a bunch of c*** because she doesn't reach out. Orbit Solar does not value open and truthful communication with their customers. The supposed co-owner name sold me the panels on the guarantee that I would receive an ***** cash tax credit and will save money on my electric ****. It was explained to me that I can apply the tax credit to the solar loan to keep my monthly payment the same. Very poor customer service, my panels were installed at the end of July and permit was not pulled until Sept 1. It is now Oct 13th and I still dont have a permit on my home. I have had to initiate all communications with the *************** spoke with ************************* who has lied to me and is very rude and condescending. I now have 2 power bills I have to pay. 2 weeks ago she told me she would have a check cut to cover the solar **** that is due 10/15/21. I worked there in a fledgling department for ****. They let me go as soon as things got lean. But since they have my personal information. They have relentlessly called the last 2 months to try and sell me solar panels. I've NEVER inquired about solar and even if I do. Why would I use the company that fired me during covid19. Avoid this company at all costs. "

Do not purchase from this company. My electric bills have not decreased and my HOA Wants the panels moved. Called to discuss the issue. Got the run around and then a guy named Frank said he would be my point Of contact. Since our initial conversation he has ghosted me. He doesn’t answer my calls or respond to my text messages. I even contacted the finance company and asked Them to reach out to their customer on my behalf to let them know they are doing business with a company who is not honest with their customers. Mobile salesperson harassed my wife at my house while I was at work. Refused to produce a license to solicit in my town when asked. Wouldn't leave when asked to and when told we weren't interested 3 times. Lurked in the driveway and in front of the house for at least 5 mins my wife said before finally leaving.
