Kudos to Terry Lynch! The part we needed for our hot tub had been ordered and anxiously awaited. Notified it had arrived and a service time scheduled, Terry was the technician who installed the new wireless remote and dock. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and very much appreciated!.

Lilly Wanless was very knowledgable, and friendly. We enjoyed talking with her, and also got a better understanding of our hot tub and how to maintain it. She rocks!
RecommendedLike to let you know about Terry your service tech. He is one that actually knows what is going on with the hot tub and doesn't take all day to fix it, which means it didn't cost a fortune for the repair. Another good point is he explains what is happening in language I can understand
Terry is a fantastic worker. He is friendly and I am sure a great assist for your company. He does a good job. He is very knowledgeable and knows what needs to be done to fix the problems.
We placed a service call to replace a control panel (switch to turn on jets was not working) and fix a leak. We received a call advising that Terry would be our tech and would arrive about 8:10 and he did. Terry was fast, friendly and was prepared with the knowledge plus parts necessary to fix the two issues. I have always been impressed with Oregon Hot Tub people at both the show room and service personel. I've worked retail and know customer service, but it seems like everyone is just trying to get an extra buck. I was so impressed with Jeff's knowledge, straight forwardness and high level of integrity. I'll definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
