Do not buy a hot tub or anything else from this company. And if you do, hope that it works. We purchased a $17,000 hot tub, had it placed by the company, and it leaked from the beginning. When they sent someone out to look at it, he had zero explanation and zero solutions. After owning my spa for a little over 18 months with light usage, it has already had to have the HEATER replaced. Since that work was done, it has stopped heating to set temperature of 103 and read at a constant !09 degrees, even though it was closer to 98 degrees. According to the service department, it might need new filters - so I went into the store and spent $200 on three new filters.
