RecommendedTerry came out to service the tub because we were having chlorination problems. He clearly explained what we were likely doing wrong and tested a bunch of other stuff while he was here. This company is amazingly responsive to customers - they usually get back to emails immediately. Service is prompt, polite, and skilled - Terry is exemplary of that. Yes, the product costs a bit more than cheapos, but we're 100% happy with the tub and the way we are treated - it is worth the extra.
RecommendedTerry came out today and did an absolutely amazing job fixing my hot tub. What I thought to be a big problem ended up being a simple fix for terry!!! Awesome

How is it this horrible company is rated at a 90% recommended approval rate. SOMETHING WRONG HERE!
Do not buy anything from this company. While the hot tubs are decent, if the hot tub has an issue, there service is beyond terrible - the absolute worst service ever. If you doubt that, call the service center right now - you will not get to speak to anyone, but leave a message... if you get a call back in less than 2 weeks, go buy a lottery ticket, because you hit the jack-pot - typical call-back time is closer to 4-5 weeks, and then your service scheduled another 3-4 weeks out.
