Josh was very Thorough and determined to do the best job possible to take care of my problem. I challenge you to find a more thorough person . We could not be more pleased at service and his personal touch . He examines and cares for our house as if it was his. My favorite quality of josh is he never seems in a hurry to finish a job , are his priority for as long as it takes !!!
My guy Josh in Rochester is great. Very thorough - nice and friendly and since we started with Orkin we have had no ‘’critters” Well worth the money for a quarterly plan.
I was able to get service very quickly. There was good communication with the service person and myself prior to arrival. Josh, was efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable. During this time of the current pandemic, he was agreeable to and initiated precautions. I hope that Josh is the person that comes for service the next time.
