RecommendedI use them for an annual carpenter ant control spray. Years ago I had a problem and once contracting with Orkin, the problem has disappeared. This week the technician came and sprayed the perimeter of my home. He also noted that I had set mouse traps on my porch and replaced it with a more efficient type. He also, checked my basement and set more traps there. I'm very satisfied with his work. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give him a 10.

RecommendedI have used Orkin services for years. They are wonderful about explaining all the details about what and why they are doing things. They are professional, I have never had any issues I’m so glad they fixed my issues...I’m on a maintenance plan...I will never stop using them...lol...I don’t like bugs
Extremely expensive to catch and relocate groundhogs. They apparently tried for a week while we were out of town, but despite there only being one entrance and one exit, they were unsuccessful. They filled the hole and left, but the next morning the groundhog had dug his way out and was staring me down. Orkin ignored our calls until my husband sadly responded that he could not recommend Orkin here. We hired Orkin to take care of animals burrowing up against the side of our house. They set traps with bait. After 5 days of nothing, Orkin filled in the holes. A day later the animals were back, having dug their burrows in the same place. Tried calling the service tech and manager several times to see what other techniques could be tried - no response. The only efficient part of this process is how they took our $700+.

They never showed to the appt that was scheduled. They said they called and never did. They rescheduled me without a notice, I am not happy. Strike 1 Orkin 😡
I have as many bees as I had before they were sprayed. It also costs way too much. A mess was left behind. I would not recommend Orkin.
