Fairly new customer. Very disappointed in there scheduling. They keep canceling and then show up at a different time from there schedule appointment. I guess wouldn’t be the worse but we are never home when they decide to show up.
Not sure they did anything. Paid several hundred dollars before they looked around and then was told they didn’t see any bees nest....so why did I pay? Then he back pedaled and said oh it will help with carpenter bees...so he sprays and at the end I see bees flying into a hole, I said what about those bees? He said I missed that hole, didn’t see it before. Needless to say, I’m not really impressed. Not sure it did anything.

RecommendedI’ve been using Orkin for several years with great service, but today I am disappointed. I had never had this guy before. He came to the door and asked to bring my dog inside. Then, I never saw him again. I have traps in my house they ALWAYS check. And, they always take a couple minutes to talk with me and I sign off on their work before they leave. None of that happened today. Very disappointed...

Great initial inspection. Then NOTHING. Called after a week. Told they would schedule something in another week. Called again. They scheduled to come the next day. NO SHOW. Not good service period.

It’s a joke! Y’all set traps but never come check them!! Last three visit y’all have not set foot in the house! Just walk around house and leave!?!?Why the hell do we pay u? I have to empty traps and reset! If I had know that was gonna end up happening- I wouldn’t of dealt wit y’all at all!! It’s a freaking joke!!! Your not fixin my problem!
