I was very happy with Ron my tech. He explained everything very well regarding his plan. He assured me the products he was using were safe after the waiting period for the product to dry. He took my pets into consideration, which I appreciated. What I like is Orkin has a 30 day return period if the pests return.

Service was great by the people that came to do the treatments. There is a definite lack of communication between the service tech and the office. When I first hired Orkin I was not fully informed in regards to contract and all the rules but I went along with what I was told and was told my contract ended August. Did not until I called after last appointment that I had to give 30 days notice to cancel. Maybe that was in the fine print.
