The negative part was the problematic insulation device. The dead battery was easily remedied by jumpers cables and the truck. The unit ran out of gas and they had to get a gas can to bring more gas. This delayed the job completion to 9:30 pm. Akeem & Sophia did their best to remedy the situation and finish the job satisfactorily. We were shown pictures & video of the attic and they cleaned our floors of insulation droppings as well as the driveway.

Your service provider never showed up and sent a message saying we weren’t home. We checked our cameras and he went to the wrong house. The local branch manager isn’t answering the phones. Terrible service!!!!!
