when I need to cancel an appointment they keep making appointments for me before I can call back to let them know I will be home . Then they want to send someone to do outside spray when I'm not home. I want both services done at the same time. This is the Crestwood office that I talk to. I'm about ready to cancel my service.

I put down payment to do service on 8/1 which was a week out from my call. They cancelled and said they could be here Saturday 8/6. No show no call after I changed plans since I would be gone that weekend. I talked to someone at national office and they said someone from local office would call me back. still no call back. I called them, cancelled and asked for money back. I will pay more money elsewhere than deal with them again.
