Having been using this company now for 4 months and it appears that the mouse goes everywhere EXCEPT the traps that they have set. They appear to be a racket that makes you sign a yearly contract without providing any results.

I was lie to about service I was told that I would not be charged for service and I was I told them I didn’t won’t to pay back to back and to wait and they call me on the last day of the month and they would do the outside and it would be no charge and it was a change and I told the technician if you came out they will charge me and he guaranteed me that they wouldn’t but they did I told him just wait until March which was the next day so I would not get charged that is bad Business I know you don’t guys need $88 dollars tha... read more

I had an appointment booked for January 15, 2022. No one caller or showed up. I left a message but never received a call back. A new appointment was automatically set for the following week. When i called to reschedule the auto appointment, I received an apology but no offer of compensation for my inconvenience.

Agent showed up for second story wasp nest problem with out ladder, power sprayer or any equipment to complete task. Phone agent said that they would have all necessary equipment to complete job. Agent here than said for $130 more that he could come back next day. Wanted me to sign blank line on his phone but could not show me what I was to sign. Orkin then billed the more expensive charge on my card that day. No service completed! I canceled and am still trying to get refund on credit card. Any phone contact was tedious,... read more

The service from the technician was horrible. After ringing doorbell, it is unnecessary to bang on the door it is early Saturday morning. Why would he come without shoe booties, its raining? Never once did he inquiry how were things in my home. Additionally he didn't even bring the traps to change out which now means you have to walk my house twice and change your shoe covering. Please explain why there is a need to spray the door frame. After complaining after his lack of professionalism he turned to walk away. Rude.... read more

Well I spoke with customer service before the specialist came out to make sure that they treat the yard for mice. I was told that they would and when the specialist came out he politely said they do not treat the outside for mice and that When customer service emailed him he sent them back a message That they do not treat outside for mice. I told him that my inside had been taken care of holes are plugged and I have my own traps and I thought it would be advantageous to keep mice from getting in.
