The technicians don’t refer to notes before appointment, they come out, don’t call as instructed, claim the call went to voicemail, claim they rang all the bells and then they do the exterior of building and leave. Time is money and know one has the time to reschedule for them to come back. I believe that is the intent. I complain to Manager who makes excuses for the technician as if
I sent a guy over my moms house I paid for your service the guy came out the one day was supposed to come out the following Wednesday before Thanksgiving which is today and he never showed up and she still has flies flying around her house I’m very disappointed in the service and I will never recommend Orkin to anybody else
do it right with equipment needed.bugs three weeks later in my hair. on my face.
Truck is great. Today she missed a small water snake in the corner of the work room. I had to go back and show her. She is a wonderful technician
They try to sell you things you don’t need!....so they can make a big fat commission!!!!
