The initial consultation, the 2 that came over were very helpful. There was a trainee with the primary gentleman which was fine. She really was asking questions that I didn't think to ask which was helpful (this was our first time requiring service). Treatment time came and the gentleman was very helpful and took his time explaining everything that would happen. He was also able to help us with our hornets nest since we upgraded our service. Everyone that we've interacted with was very professional and helpful!
