We didn't receive any service in July or September Agent came in July but was not able to do anything ; owners were not available for servicing. I never rescheduled. I will contact you next week, restructuring going on here. Thank you for your patience.

I called to reschedule my appointment and was till by the CSR that I needed to get the outside service completed and rescheduled for the inside for Oct 3rd. When the technician arrived today he had no idea of the changes made. He then assured me that I would only be charged for one visit, which confirmed what the CSR told me. The lack of communication is disturbing to me in addition to not just rescheduling the appointment as I requested.

Didn’t spray the whole house and only places traps in the common area even though they frequent the rooms.

I find Orkin to be difficult- almost impossible to deal with. I don’t feel like a valued customer. Everything is just a money-grab. My schedule and preferences are only considered when I raise a stink, and my service is always scheduled for the very last “end of day” which is terribly inconvenient for me. If I could find a viable alternative I would jump on it in a New York minute.

For the service to cost as much as it does the guy I saw applying it literally runs through for all of two/three minutes and it doesn’t seem affective. They didn’t do my back yard at all and it was accessible.

Called for outdoor rat issue. First day appointment rescheduled due to rain. Next day technician came with no outdoor rat stations but was able to do insect spray outside. Third day I called to be sure inspector was bringing outdoor stations and found out they were not aware it was outdoor and that there was an extra charge for outdoor.stations.
Did not receive service. Tech schedule time was between 9 and 10, however showed up at 7:40am. Camera showed truck pull up, tech sat there for 15 minutes then logged service completed. There is a continuous gap between contracted deliverables and service provided. Extremely disappointing!
Told me u would be here at 10am and came at 11am
