Got an item that was infested with a roach nest. Technician came out next day and reassured me that the monthly servicei I get would deal with the few yucky things that got away. He even sprayed a few places just for my comfort. Really appreciated it. Nice person they sent. Overall very happy with the impromptu service call because bugs freak me the hell out. I have seen none since he left.
