Got an item that was infested with a roach nest. Technician came out next day and reassured me that the monthly servicei I get would deal with the few yucky things that got away. He even sprayed a few places just for my comfort. Really appreciated it. Nice person they sent. Overall very happy with the impromptu service call because bugs freak me the hell out. I have seen none since he left.

Mark from Orkin was the best ever. Fully explained what work would be completed and notified me of what couldn't be done perfectly due to the under ground distraction from bricks or tree branches that might caused breakage in his tools.
