Big joke Add contact organ but for some reason you never get ahold of anybody and if you do every other month there's new manager
Techs were friendly. However, overpriced for the services rendered and was mislead when talking about billing charges.
Waited for 2.5 hours and nobody showed up. Was out on hold for a total of 15 minutes just to be told they rescheduled for another day. Never received a call to notify me. Was told they tried to contact me and my voicemail was not set up which is not true as my phone had no issues. No attempt to make it right. Will not be rescheduling.
I had a bed bug infestation that has been taken care of. Today the tech that came did not know anything about it. How can he possibly check for something he did not know about in the first place???
