Do not use: I had a reservation 2-4 for fleas. I knew the treatment was approximately an hour and had not heard anything at 3:35 so i called to see when they were coming. I was told they were behind and to be expected 430-5 at the earliest, plus the treatment would not allow me in until 4 hours later. Instead of getting back in my house at 8, it was maybe 10 and I was not alerted of any change in my reservation.

They were supposed to clean up bat droppings and didn’t get some that was in plan sight.

Because I asked a total of two times maybe three to be contacted before they came and it didn’t happen

First time application, the guy was done within 10 minutes. Did not hit all of the baseboards all the way around every room didn’t go outside and spray at all. Couldn’t answer the questions I had about No see um bugs. I expected more than a 10 minute job for all the money I had to pay. Although I am waiting for the manager to call me back because I already called the company and complained. So we’ll see if they make it right

had a appointment but the service personnel never showed up , but he made a work order from had a signature, not my signature, and stated he done the work.

Received a work order tonight 12/20/2018 and I did not sign it, and no work was done, and trying to charge my credit card. Not good at communicating. Would not recommend
