RecommendedIf I just went by today's visit, they would not receive a very glowing recommendation; the technician arrived 3 hours later than the latest time of the 2 hour "window". I was not happy! But it was not her fault, it was the scheduler's fault. The gal that was here was way more thorough than any of the technicians that had been here before (it's someone different every month). I hope to see her on my doorstep again.
