DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! should have checked the reviews in Yelp before I booked an appt for them to spray for spiders and pill bugs! $300 wasted with Orkin because the very next month after they sprayed the problem is still here! I keep my house very clean and every time I clean I see them in the corners, behind furniture, undeserved the cabinets! It's horrible!
We have had one treatment at our home currently. The specialist that came out to our house was very friendly and knowledgeable- no complaints with him at all. The so called account managers are condescending and rude. I called to get a quote for termite control and unfortunately had Mr. Passive aggressive on the other end. Customer service and customer care is top in line with me in choosing a company.. unfortunately I will go elsewhere after my obligations have been met.
