RecommendedOur pest problem is better. However, we had a scheduled service 2 weeks ago and no one showed up. Today someone shows up for service and I had no idea they were coming. I have now been charged for two service that have not been completed. They need to do a better job at communicating when they are coming and showing up when they say they are coming.

RecommendedUpdate 2 years later: We still love orkin. We cannot recommend it enough!!! We will never use any other pest control company. Amazing service and such wonderful people!! Best prices for a spectacular service. Haven’t seen one bug since we’ve gotten sprayed. Just had a snake trapped in our glue trap in the garage.
