Bait and switch! Signed up for monthly service and they charged my credit card twice with in 2 weeks! Called them and they told me they charge each time the technician comes out. Oh and I didn't even schedule for the technician, he just showed up! He showed up so the company can charge! What a scam! AVOID!

This company has horrible business practices. I received my monthly statement and noticed the standard service fee was raised 23 percent!! With No prior notification at all! No letter , no email. But Orkin will bug the hell out of you to pay. Even before the service is completed. They email something every few days trying to sell other services or a collection notice but not a word about rate increase. Go with another company. Was quoted on the phone one price. Then they showed up 4 hours early, woke me up and told me they couldn't honor that price. Daniel Perez was a prick.

Called Orkin this morning to report I still have ants! Woman said they can't come until next Wednesday. By then I'll have an entire ant colony. What good is signing up with Orkin if the service is awful? Might call Dewey or local company. Orkin took over Hydrex who responded quickly. This is not service.

I was first told I have squirrels in my attic and was charged $1150.00. Later, I found out, it was bees, because they were coming thru the ceiling light and not one squirrel was found. A gentleman came out to spray and told me, we did not have squirrels, only bees. I asked what the charge would be and he told $250 for up to two treatments. I was relived, until I read my statement. I cancelled our account in June and called in July to confirm if the account has been cancelled and I was told account has been cancelled and there is no payment due. They came to our location on 08/08/2022 to service when nobody from company called for service and I looked in to service order and all they did was picked up there stuff from our property and we received invoice so when I called they told me account has not been cancelled and we have to pay the invoice. I will never go back to them for any kind of service.

We paid for six months. First few technicians claimed the next one was going to tale care of mouse and rat holes. They stopped coming but c9ntinued to boll us. When I paid the bill and cancelled the service I told them it was due to them not showing up. Their response was, we will look into it. Find another company, the people running this place just want your money. It's a trap.

This company took over Heart Pest Management. They did not obtain it smoothly and I have had nothing but problems. They never came out in May, but charged me for this in July for May, June, and July all at once. It took a week to get ahold of anyone. They outsource calls to India so they would "leave messages" for Orkin to call and no call. I tried calling several times and was on hold for 40 minutes once and 35 another for the longer waits out of all the times I called. First of all the product does work when the job it's actually done. The guy we had I believe he wasn't doing his job properly. Usually it leaves a oder and we would have to stay out for at least a couple of hours. But this time I went in after 30 minutes just to check and no Oder. Second he would just show up on a random day or he wouldn't show up at all.
