This is our second time using Orkin. The ants disappeared after the first time so I called them again. Last time two guys came and just sprayed the property then left. I said ok, as long as the bugs will not come back I'm ok with the steep price they gave me. This time it was Kyon by himself . He did an amazing job! He sprayed our property and was considerate of the places I want sprayed inside the house. I thought that was it! I'd called Monday desperate in needing of Pest control service. spoke to Ashely and I will say she was so good listenign to my request and she was able get me service the same day..We are not permanent residents in kernville she understood and got the service same day. quickly responded. Orkin Pest Control continues to follow in the footsteps of Banks Pest Control after Orkin began to handle our accounts. quite a few years ago. Our family has a used both manifestations of this company for about 45 years, and we have had very few problems with unwanted critters and other inconveniences from nature. Had my house sprayed and the tech guy was super knowledgeable and very customer service friendly!! Not sure what these people are talking about, if you don't wanna pay for an actual good service then you can sleep with bugs. I am happy with paying for my service if that means no more mosquitoes 10/10 I recommend Thanks again Cameron for being the best bug guy out there

I have been with Banks before it became Orkin. We were fortunate enough to get Thomas as our pest tech. He is knowledgeable, receptive and very thorough when spraying our home. If Orkin continues to retain a knowledgeable staff as Thomas they will continue have my business and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
